By accessing or using TURUBA Technologies websites or products, including Security Vault, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate information where required and for protecting your account credentials, master password, recovery information, devices, and authentication methods. Do not share authentication tokens, vault tokens, passwords, or recovery codes with others.

3. Security Vault Features

Security Vault may provide password management, password generation, secure encrypted-file storage, security-code storage, email verification, two-factor authentication, biometric unlock, vault auto-lock, session management, security activity and alerts, and account/password recovery features. Features may change as the service evolves.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, interference, malware distribution, credential theft, or attempts to compromise another user's account or data.

5. User Content

You remain responsible for content and information you store through the service and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to store it.

6. Security Disclaimer

Security Vault is a security and credential-management tool. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an account, file, password, device, network, or system will remain secure under every circumstance.

7. Availability and Changes

Services may be updated, modified, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, infrastructure, or other operational reasons.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

If paid plans or in-app purchases are introduced, applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms will be presented before purchase and may be supplemented by plan-specific terms and platform billing rules.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. Users may request account deletion through the available in-app flow or our Account Deletion page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
